REPORTS
Information
is knowledge communicated or received concerning a
particual fact or circumstance. What can be done with
the right information? It can be used to help fill
a position, meet a need, or grow a Church. Each report
offered by our program is uniquely designed to fit
the need. Contained in these reports is information
that is pertinent to the Church body, which will help
manage the Church more efficiently and accurately.
The
use of graphs will portray to the Church Board and
Church Body where it has been and the direction it
is headed. The ability to print its own professional
pictorial directory will help minimize the church's
cost and provide accurate, up-to-date information
on all its contents. Accurate contribution statements
can be printed daily, and for any period of time.
Custom profile reports can be printed to determine
committee members or any user-generated categories
that have been identified. The following is an abbreviated

THE
CMIS OBJECTIVE:
Allison
Data Systems developed the CMIS Application to provide
an affordable user-friendly solution to managing the
information needs of the local Church. Our focus is
not only to provide a method of accessing accurate,
current information about its members, but also to
provide analytical data to assist with Church growth
plans.
The
personal contributions section is protected. We implemented
various levels of security to safeguard sensitive
information. The "Personal Contribution Receipts"
provide all the detail about the contributor's donations.
There
is no need for bulky instruction manuals that often
lead to frustration on the part of the user.
We
want to be your partner in ministry as we work together
for the Lord to build and manage His Church.
